Thai chicken soup calls for lime leaves and lemongrass, the items that you can quite easily find on Asian market or even in a grocery store.

Thai Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 stalks lemongrass
  • 1/2 lb *****
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 1 chicken leg
  • 2 cups *****
  • 2 small *****
  • 4 cups *****
  • 3 *****, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped *****
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the water in a sauce pan and cook chicken leg with lime leaves and lemongrass about 30 minutes, until cooked.
  2. Remove chicken and add ***** to the broth, after that dice the chicken meat.
  3. Boil water again and pour ***** in it.
  4. Heat soup, but do not boil.
  5. Strain your soup in a pot, add the *****, lime juice, *****, and cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
