Omelet Muffins


These Omelet Muffins are very good snacks and also easy to cook for lunch. You can enjoy eggs while eating little cupcakes at the same time.

Omelet Muffins


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ***** or *****
  • 1/2 cup diced *****
  • 1/8 cup *****
  • 1/8 cup *****
  • Cooking fat
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Prepare six muffin tins and grease them with cooking fat.
  3. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the ***** or *****, *****, water and *****. Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Put this mixture to six muffin tins
  5. Bake in the oven for about twenty minutes, until a knife after inserting in the middle of the muffins, comes out clean.
  6. Remove muffins from the oven and let them cool a bit. After that remove them from the tin and eat. You can also store them in the fridge for later.
