Serve Fresh Herb Meatballs with a spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce and over zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash if you desire.

Fresh Herb Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb *****
  • 1 lb *****
  • 1/2 *****, minced
  • 1/2 cup *****, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup *****, finely minced
  • 1 cup *****, finely minced
  • 4 *****
  • 1/2 cup *****
  • 1 tbsp dried *****
  • 4 cloves *****, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Use a food processor to comminute the *****, ***** and ***** to a finer mix before you add it to your ground meat. Add sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Make balls of the size of a golf balls, then place them on your baking sheet. After that place your balls in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until cooked well.
