Almond Flour Pancakes


You can serve these Paleo pancakes with fresh berries for a delicious breakfast treat.

Almond Flour Pancakes


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 *****
  • 1/4 cup *****
  • 1 tbsp *****
  • 1 tsp *****
  • A pinch of ground *****
  • Coconut oil, ghee or butter for cooking
  • Salt


  1. Combine the *****, *****, ***** and ***** in a bowl and whisk everything together.
  2. Add the almond flour, ***** and a pinch of salt and combine well.
  3. Heat a pan over a medium heat, then add a bit of butter or coconut oil to coat and pour about 1/8 of the batter. Turn quickly your pan around in order to spread pancake over the pan.
  4. Cook until you see brown on the underside, about one minute, after that flip and cook for another one minute on the other side.
